25" Camera Rain Cover with tripod opening

If you're a sports or wildlife photographer you'll appreciate the convenience of this rain cover. It was designed to fit:

  • SLRs with a 400mm f/2.8 lens & hood.
  • Other camera+lens+hood combos up to 22" long.
The cover can be used with shorter lenses too, you just bunch up any excess fabric.

Key features:

  • Made of "Silnylon" - click for more info, an extremely waterproof, ultralight, and strong fabric.
  • There's a velcro opening (with pull tabs) for attaching the lens tripod collar to the tripod thru the cover (or to put your hand thru for handheld shooting).
  • Takes seconds to attach or remove.
  • TTL flash works thru the WHITE cover.
  • Works with lenses that rotate to focus.
  • Compact, flexible & ultralight - weighs ~1.75 oz.
  • The WHITE cover makes a handy SUNSHADE. DSLRs produce images with less "noise" if you keep the camera's sensor cool.

How the cover works:

The cover has an elastic cord & lock on both ends, and velcro on the seam that runs from the front to the back. You open the velcro & place the cover over the camera then attach the cover around the lens, and leave the back end open however much you want when you're shooting (the back opens to about a 10" diameter circle when fully open), and close it down when you're not shooting.

NOTE - the WHITE cover is surprisingly transparent when it's held against something. You can see the dials & buttons when the cover is held against your camera or lens.

Patent pending.
